- • For distribution_categories, use comma-separated values

- • Use Excel format (.xlsx) - CSV files can have parsing issues
- • Ensure your file has column headers in the first row
- • The email column is the only required field - all others are optional
- • For language, use "English", "French", or leave blank (defaults to English)
- • Tags can be comma-separated (e.g., "Politics, Business, Tech")
- • Distribution categories can be comma-separated (e.g., "Finance, Mining, Tech")
- • If duplicates are found, you'll be asked how to handle them
